Paul Goad - Founder

Paul started in print media at VNU Business Communications and joined DoubleClick as one of its founder employees in 1997. After five years with the company Paul moved on to work at 365 Media Group as Commercial Director where he built their media network. Paul joined Tacoda in August 2006 as UK MD and set up their first international office. Just prior to the takeover of Tacoda by AOL, Paul moved to join NebuAd as UK MD in November 2008 before founding Crimtan in September 2009.

Rob has over 12 years of ad tech expertise gained from working with some of the world’s largest advertisers, most recently as Data and Technology Director at MediaCom. Rob is a regular speaker on the conference circuit and contributor to the advertising media. Prior to MediaCom Webster’s career included senior roles in data and ad tech at Unique Digital, Tacoda and Yahoo.

Neil has over 30 years of media experience and has held senior positions with Haymarket Publishing, The Washington Post Group and Aegis plc. In 1997 Neil acquired his own media buying agency which bought media in over 150 countries around the world and which was subsequently aquired by Aegis. Post acquisition, Neil has acted as a board consultant to a number of media businesses, including Crimtan. Neil joined Crimtan in February 2014.

A media veteran, Tony started his career in music and IT publications before moving into online advertising to help set up AD2ONE in 2001. He then worked as a consultant for five years, specialising in online advertising and marketing. After working with Tacoda to establish the UK’s first behavioural advertising network in 2007, Tony joined NebuAd UK as Commercial Director before taking up his current position at Crimtan.

Yuri started his career in advertising in 2007, joining the research team at Nebuad. Yuri worked with big data, using his academic expertise in experimental design to develop new algorithms. Two years later Yuri joined Red Aril as head of ad operations, helping the company build a team of traffickers and analysts. Since 2010, Yuri set up Crimtan’s R&D office in Russia, formally taking the role of Head of Technology in March, 2013. Yuri holds a PHD in Statistics from Saint Petersburg State University.

Miroslav Steinbach


Miroslav spent 14 years working in financial and country management in the Czech market for Young & Rubicam before spending 6 years as a head of Y&R's CEE operations. In 2006 he started his own business in Prague, specialising in developing customer loyalty and retention programs for companies in the energy, airline and telco sectors. In 2009 he took on Crimtan’s license for the Czech and Slovak Markets. One year later he became responsible for developing the Crimtan network across the entire CEE region.
